Lo scopo del ciclo è quello di migliorare l’ottimizzazione energetica ed il comfort interno dei capannoni esposti alla luce diretta del sole. Consente di risolvere le problematiche legate allo stoccaggio in silos posti sotto il sole di cereali, farine, prodotti sensibili alle escursioni termiche. Inoltre, permette la riflessione del calore generato dalla radiazione solare (sia visibile, sia I.R.) e, in caso di applicazione su coperture di allevamenti o stalle, migliora l’Indice di benessere animale (I.B.A.)

Campi di impiego: tetti, silos, serbatoi, containers. Superfici in ferro, lamiera zincata, acciaio, rame, sandwich panel e lamiera.

Application

PREPARATION OF THE SUBSTRATE

  • Ensure that all surfaces to be treated are suitably hot-washed with an oscillating head, keeping the necessary distance, in order to remove any loose parts, dust, traces of dirt, smog, etc.
  • If algae are present, apply Lindostop, an antifouling treatment, and take all necessary precautions to bring the substrate to an ideal state of preparation.
  • If there is rust, where necessary, apply Oxifer, which prevents, blocks and permanently converts rust into a stable, overpaintable protective layer.
  • Check the tightness and/or work on the anchoring screws and their seals.

Base

When necessary (on substrates already treated against rust, on worn out by time surfaces, on substrate with already existing paintwork, etc…), apply one coat of Nanoprimer, universal water-based anti-corrosion primer finish for metal surfaces, ceramics, plastic, wood. In case of shiny surfaces, such as stainless steel, aluminum or particular metal alloyy, a slight sanding and the application of one coat of an EpoxyPrimer is recommended.

Finish

Finally, apply two coats of Thermo-Metals, nanotechnological, heat-reflecting enamel, ideal for metal surfaces (roofs, silos, tanks, containers, etc.)
