It creates a water-oil-repellent, stain-resistant and anti-algae action<\/strong> on absorbent, porous materials such as: terracotta floor tiles, natural and absorbent synthetic stone, concrete or marble floors and concrete products in general, which need to be protected from water, atmospheric agents and oil absorption<\/strong>. Applied in an appropriate quantity (variable in relation to the absorption and roughness of the surface), TOP GUARD WR is also ideal for protecting new or already painted fa\u00e7ades<\/strong> (in particular those facing north) and walls with facing bricks, etc. A surface treated with Top Guard WR retains its new appearance for longer<\/strong>, making it easier to clean when needed.
