APPLICATION

Surface Preparation

  • Remove dust, dirt, and residues using a brush or compressed air to eliminate any surface imperfections.
  • Ensure that the substrate is completely dry.
  • Check for any loose material or damaged joints; if present, carry out the necessary repair work.

Restoration

  • Use mortars or sealants to fill cracks and repair missing sections.
  • Smooth or restore the exposed brickwork to achieve a uniform surface.
  • Allow the substrate to dry completely before proceeding.

Primer

  • The purpose of the primer is to provide a stable, adhesive base for the subsequent coating system.
  • Apply one even coat and allow it to dry according to the technical specifications.

Topcoat

  • Apply the coating using a roller, brush, or spray equipment; allow it to dry under suitable conditions (10–35°C, with no rain or strong wind).
  • Allow 12–24 hours between coats and 24–48 hours before full exposure to outdoor weather conditions.
